01 / About the Project
Make account management and billing understandable in the My Verizon app.
Translate account management, bill details, and payment-method tasks into the first iteration of the My Verizon mobile application.
Make bills, billing changes, and payment methods easy to understand and manage in the My Verizon app.
The new My Verizon app was well received by customers, helping them make full use of their mobile devices to manage their accounts.
02 / UX planning
Flows mapped the billing hierarchy and the steps for adding, editing, and deleting payment methods, including Auto Pay, validation, and confirmation.

03 / UX & Interaction Design
Final designs and wireframe explorations simplified account management, bill review, and payment setup in the My Verizon app.
The finished screens brought account details, saved payment methods, card scanning, validation, and Auto Pay into a consistent mobile experience.

I explored a simpler billing experience by bringing charges across multiple lines into one view, with access to previous bills, explanations of bill changes, and billing trends.

Customers could access saved cards through billing settings, update their payment details, and receive clear confirmation when changes were complete.

Customers could scan a check or enter account details manually, review their information, and enable Auto Pay with a preferred payment date. A confirmation completed the setup.

04 / Design delivery
The work established account and billing flows for the first iteration of the My Verizon mobile app.
Customers could review line-level charges, understand bill changes, and manage payment methods, with validation and confirmation for each action.
Collaboration with Verizon’s analysts and developers kept the interaction designs grounded in technical constraints.
